Independant Contractor | REC SaaS Sales

RealEstateCreate is looking for a driven and motivated individual interested in a well paying contract position selling Real Estate SaaS solutions to Agents, Brokers, teams and Agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Grow REC SaaS sales with Agents, Brokers, teams and Agencies.
• Quickly learn the REC platform and how it will benifit potential clients.
• Build active relationships with Agents, Brokers, teams and Agencies.
• Negotiate with clients based on their needs for a custom integration.
• Communicate with our project management and development team to bring client visions to reality.

Qualifications:

• You should be a highly driven and motived to succeed.
• Desire to strive in the SaaS sales industry.
• Ability to meet in person or virtually with potential clients.
• Be able to confidently demonstrate our SaaS solutions via an online demo.
• Ability to understand and communicate the needs and desired of clients
• Fully understand the following and how it relates to the real estate insutry:
  • MLS and IDX Feed
  • Lead conversion and ROI
  • Real Estate CRM
  • Drip Campaigns

Compensation:

• $500.00 per conversion + 25% of custom integration spend.
• $100.00 per premium user signup which grants access to our CRM and other premium features
• Successful SaaS Sales contractors should expect to make in excess of $90,000/year with 15 or more conversions/month with no cap on compensation.
